With over 14 years of experience in marketing and sales for short-term vacation rentals, Sherri Brumm has built a career on helping properties thrive. She began in sales as a top-producing agent and quickly advanced to managing property sales, where she consistently implemented new tools and strategies to drive growth.

In 2016, she founded Refined Retreats, a boutique consulting and property management company dedicated to helping small hotels and vacation properties increase direct bookings, boost revenue per stay, and simplify operations. Over the past 8 years, Refined Retreats has delivered proven results, including helping Caribbean properties grow revenues by as much as 144% through smart sales and marketing strategies.

Sherri’s philosophy is rooted in keeping relationships personal. She and her dedicated sales team not only know the properties and destinations in depth but also build lasting connections with clients and guests, ensuring they return year after year. Living in the U.S. but traveling frequently to her client destinations, Sherri and her team stay well-versed in market trends and guest expectations.

A traveler at heart — not just a tourist — Sherri balances her professional life with her husband, two wonderful kids, and two goldendoodles who happily believe they are part of the family.
